General Office Associate
JOB SUMMARY: As a General Office Associate, you will perform a variety of routine and specialized clerical duties and in house customer service support duties. Data entry and operating various office equipment machines. You will be doing a variety of functions depending on the work load.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Balance paperwork and monies from numerous delivery routes - Maintain and balance daily, weekly and monthly sales reports - Routinely resolves customer issues within established guidelines and partners with customers in identifying satisfactory solutions - Data Entry - Miscellaneous filing
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Cross-train in other office positions
- Fill in for vacations, lunch hour as needed
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - HS diploma or equivalent
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: - 1-3 years related experience in an office environment. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to focus on more than one task
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
